My Approach to Helping
Therapy is one of the hardest decisions anyone can make in their lives. Having to be vulnerable to complete stranger and process your feelings, emotions, fears, sadness, and frustrations is not for the faint of heart, but is liberating and empowering. Therapy is an investment in YOU! As your therapist, it is my role to facilitate a better and healthier YOU. I will walk and journey with you on your road to wellness. I will challenge you, accept you, and meet you where you are at in life. YOU, don't have to live in the past and it doesn't DEFINE YOU! Your lived experience, is whether it is depression, anxiety, trauma, or any other mental health challenges that you encounter, is valuable and can be used as a tool to HEAL and move forward.
