Sharing your story and asking for help can feel scary. You may feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or at a loss to connect to your authentic self. I am here to listen.
Have self-blame and shame made it challenging to forgive yourself? Or a difficulty finding motivation left you at a loss of control over your environment? Maybe unsaid expectations about how you “should” look, feel, or live left you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted? Do fear and anxiety are hold you back, making you feel stuck. If so, I am here to help and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to heal.
I specialize in working with women suffering from depression, shame, anxiety, ADHD, and insecurity. In addition to these specialties, I also have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with religious shame and related emotional concerns.
I believe asking for help is one of the bravest things a person can do. In my sessions, I foster an authentic environment that allows my clients to feel heard, empowered, and celebrated. I want my clients to feel a sense of belonging and purpose in sharing their unique story. I appreciate the opportunity to listen and partner with in your healing journey.
