My Approach to Helping
Carolyn Sobotka has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for four years. She strives to help adults recognize and utilize their strengths to address challenges and crises. She has helped clients with anxiety, caretaker fatigue, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Carolyn completed her Master of Social Work at Catholic University of America. She draws upon her faith to identify the God-given dignity of all people. She has worked with those living with serious medical issues and mental health conditions and has provided support to caretakers and care teams. Carolyn generally uses a person-centered approach to understand where a person is at and help them identify goals and strategies to cope and facilitate growth. You do not have to face your struggles alone. Carolyn is available to meet with you and see how you can work together to address difficulties and gain a new perspective on your background and challenges. Please schedule an appointment if you are ready for change.
