My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, TX with the primary mission of helping people resolve mental health and relationship concerns, and find their own paths to happiness. I work using an integrative framework to understand mental health and I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic techniques based on my diagnostic impressions and client concerns. I enjoy providing the "safe space" to process when needed, but often more directive, preferring to help my clients keep up with progress toward their goals and engage in therapy "work." I work with children, adults, and families.
I am also fully BILINGUAL and specialize in working with individuals and families from various multicultural backgrounds.

In addition, I'm a Board Approved Supervisor for LPC Interns who provides checks and balances for your work. I also deliver oversight to be sure you are providing effective, ethical and legal services to clients. Supervision should also help the therapist develop their skills and help prepare them for licensure.
