My Approach to Helping
There are many aspects of life that can knock us off balance. These challenges can affect us deeply leaving both visible and imperceptible wounds. You might be struggling in a relationship or with your own internal dialogue that leaves you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, confused, angry, or sad. Intense emotions, anxiety, over-reliance on substances or certain behaviors and broken relationships may feel all too common in your life.

I will help you discover new perspectives that connect into your valuable inner resources so you can take the lead and move to a better place. My Role as a Therapist
Someone walking in the door has usually decided that they're done being stuck, in pain or exhausted and they need to share some of what they have experienced so they can get help. They will only share such important matters with someone they feel cares and can see them not as a problem to be solved but as a person. First and foremost, therapy is about respecting you and your concerns and building trust. The ongoing work is helping you uncover and bring your best self back into play.
