Therapy is a guide toward defining and reaching life goals. With over 30 years of experience, my interactive approach utilizes the skills and strengths of the individual or couple to resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, phobias, addictions, loss and grief, lifestyle changes and crisis. When indicated, I use therapeutic hypnosis for a range of issues such as improving self esteem, breaking habits, pain reduction, and smoking cessation. I use EMDR for phobias and traumas. Changing Weighs is a program offered that provides clinical hypnosis, support, and lifestyle changes for weight management. I consult to companies providing clinical services, supervision and program design. Some of the program designs have been around wellness programs to meet the needs of employees. I also give presentations on a variety of topics including mental health, stress management, addictions and weight management.
