We have specialized training in Suicide Prevention, i-REST, the Matrix Model, CBT, Intuitive Eating, Healthy Diet practices and Telemedicine best practices.

We will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
