My Approach to Helping

As human beings we search for belonging and safety. When you start to see life as a journey rather than a destination that is when you learn to live in the present. Neslihan Dogmus believes that in a space of zero judgment and positive understanding all people who come to counseling will find healing and peace. Neslihan is passionate about helping those who are in a state of panic or struggle, and bringing them to a state of acceptance and joy.

Neslihan has extensive experience working with at risk youth, who have experienced, or are experiencing, trauma. She specializes in teaching families to co-exist and understand one another for better daily interactions. During her many years in the field, she has provided guidance to adolescents who have struggled with authority and helped them develop social life skills.
