My hope is for you to feel understood and seen, while helping better understand what is causing these distressing feelings. Learning coping skills along with getting awareness will help you make productive changes to create a happier, more fulfilling life. I am here to help you do that.
I will work with you to develop personalized strategies tailored to your unique situation and needs. My experience includes working with depression, grief and loss, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, and adjusting to life transitions. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples.
