Additionally, I am skilled in EMDR, a technique that aids in processing and healing from trauma. I understand that everyone faces their own unique challenges. My role as a therapist is help you find solutions. I do this through building awareness of possible solutions to difficult situations. I am here as a supportive guide, teaching you tools and skills so you can make your own decisions.

In my own life I have had many experiences, both positive and negative. I understand imperfect family dynamics, relational issues, and the importance of developing skills to deal with life's situations. My life experiences have equipped me to better understand other's struggles and challenges.
