My Approach to Helping
Self-awareness, balance, and self-acceptance are essential qualities for successful life management. The ability to identify your personal strengths and weaknesses is also crucial. My goal is to help people identify the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that prevent them from living life to the fullest. My therapeutic approach is grounded in positive psychology, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. My objective is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with the people in my care and help them develop an effective treatment plan to increase their quality of life.
