My Approach to Helping
Successful life management requires self-awareness, self-acceptance and balance. Knowing one's strengths and weaknesses is also important. My purpose as a Therapist is to help clients identify problematic thoughts and behaviors that interfere with living their best life. My approach to counseling includes: Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to build an alliance with my clients and help them create a realistic growth and development plan to improve their quality of life.
