My name is Dr. Toyah Wilson, and I am excited to introduce you to New Leaf Counseling and Wellness, My group therapy practice is dedicated to fostering mental wellness and personal growth. With a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and embrace their full potential, I have established New Leaf Counseling and Wellness as a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client I serve. As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the field, I specialize in EMDR, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, women’s concerns, and diversity. Whether clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, need an assessment and testing or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to support their journey towards healing and self-discovery. My practice specializes in individual therapy for adults as well as psychological testingevaluations for high schoolers to adults.
