My Approach to Helping
I work to improve each client's quality of life, not just address urgent issues. I am direct, honest, present, goal-oriented, and focused on the future. I partner with couples and individuals to manage a variety of challenges. I help my clients address their thoughts, feelings, and behavior so they can manage and reduce pain. I am especially interested in women's issues such as depression, career, divorce, parenting, anxiety, depression, and relationships.
In couples and marriage counseling, I focus on my clients' relationship. Each relationship is unique, with its own complexities. I work beyond immediate concerns to help my clients find new ways to connect with one another.
