More Info About My Practice
I take pride in providing a non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their most inner feelings and thoughts. In session, you can expect to feel heard and respected, as well as receiving professional guidance while you are on your journey returning to wholeness with a deeper connection to self, partner, and family members. My approach is evidence-based, integrating the CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques with a focus on mindfulness practice.
I had worked in the finance industry for more than 10 years before becoming a therapist; hence, I have a deep understanding of the business culture in the Bay Area, as well as the challenges career professionals could face today. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, practicing yoga, and playing the piano. I speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
