My Approach to Helping

Get the support, accountability, and tools you need to build a better you! We will do an intake and assessments to identify your issues and goals so that we can measure your progress. Together we can identy your core issues, break through them, and then we build better thoughts, communication, behaviors. We do this by calming down your nervous system and assessing the deeper part of your brain where core memories and emotions are stored.

I am blessed to have the privilege of helping people be better for 30 years. I believe that working on your mental health reduces your internal stress and therefore is the greatest thing you can do for your overall health and wellness. I am in love with neurobiology and how the body and the mind work together to build resilience. It would be an honor to connect with you and help you get the services you need.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Contacting a doctor when you are not feeling well is smart and can catch diseases and illness quickly so that you can make a full recovery. Contacting a mental health professional is even smarter because if your unresolved issues are making you stressed, they will eventually wear down every single cell in your body which will contribute to it aging faster, having pain, getting auto-immune disorders, cancer, heart disease, and contribute to certain diseases. I believe in Epigentics and using therapy to reduce methalation on your genes making you healthier while you enjoy life. Going to therapy does not mean you are flawed. Going to therapy means you are smart, you value science, and you don't give in or give up. Together we can move through whatever you are going through right now.
