I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage
Fees: My regular session rate is $160 per session. I do have some limited sliding scale options.I offer my clients a relationship that is based on unconditional regard, acceptance and empathic listening. I believe this relationship is the vehicle that will allow us to explore their lives and understand what true acceptance and compassion looks like. Healing then happens very quickly; people start getting relief from their suffering and overcoming challenges including anxiety, depression, excessive stress and traumatic experiences that have shaped their lives.
In our work, I use an integrative approach and many skills that I am continuously learning in formal trainings. However, I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives and they have the wisdom within to heal. I am there to assist in this process.
I am strongly committed to helping you explore and improve your life in a safe, compassionate and culturally sensitive environment. I work with you examining the different aspects of your life that are not working for you and coming up with a unique plan to solve those challenges.
