Taking the first step of making an appointment for counseling can be a difficult one. Many times emotions are hard to control or even understand while others in your life may not comprehend what you are struggling with. You may be experiencing a temporary set back, major life-transition, or ongoing problem. I will help you towards personal growth and positive change. I understand the difficulties of expectations placed upon each of us to hide or suppress emotions. Together, we will work towards growth and positive changes in your life. Whether you are experiencing a temporary setback, or an ongoing problem, I can assist you. My goal is to help you through your challenges that may be creating barriers for you to move forward.

I see clients holistically and as unique individuals. I will tailor a plan to help you towards your own goals. I work from an existential and systemic framework, but know this type of therapy isn't for everyone. Therefore, I am prepared to offer different modalities that best fit with your needs. Therapy is a process of self-discovery and my office is a safe, non-judgmental place to help you get back on track. My goal is to help you reach a more fulfilling life.
