Hi, I’m Tajha,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) based in Texas. I have been practicing for over 8 years. I specialize in empowering women who are experiencing numerous concerns including substance abusedependency, grief and loss, women's issues, anger management, and self-esteem issues just to name a few. Helping them to grow, heal, and develop.
My approach to therapy is empathic, compassionate, creative, non-judgmental, and client centered, yet direct and straightforward. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches that will be tailored to address each individual and situation, including solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic.
