My Approach to Helping
Hi there!
My name is Tiana. I am an individual and couples therapist in Dallas, Texas. I am the owner and primary therapist at You & Me + Therapy ♥. I have my master's degree which specializes in looking at situations through a relational perspective. Below you will see 3 descriptions of the type of clients that I help. Many of my clients come to me because they are completely stuck. Together we come up with solutions to help them feel empowered and confident to move past their issues and towards a successful healthy life!
Description 1: Couples Therapy ♡

And, when I’m alone, there are moments when I question "Do we have what it takes to make this last forever?"
