Kristie Vera is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, MRC, LSOTP and Affiliate Sex Offender Treatment Provider in the state of Texas who has 7 years of experience with adolescents and young children.She has worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relational problems, anger management difficulties, and adjustment disorders. She has also helped families improve conflict resolution and communication skills. Kristie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Baylor University and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Sheis committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and uses aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, and various relaxation techniques to help her clients develop tools to live healthier lives.
