My Approach to Helping

Welcome to a compassionate space where your journey towards mental, emotional and interpersonal well-being will begin to unfold. I am here to support you on your path towards awakening, healing and growth! Most of the time we search for a therapist because mental health or relationship challenges are really starting to affect our lives. In fact, it may have started well before this point.

Like working out at the gym, a trainer will push you further than you can push yourself. Even then, the best trainer is the one you can trust. Those in the helping profession have a responsibility to earn their clients' trust and I'm honored every time someone trusts me with tender, vulnerable information about their lives. So a heartfelt thank you to all who've walked into my office and anyone who may in the future.
