My Approach to Helping

If you're feeling overwhelmed by high-conflict co-parenting, parental alienation, or a painful disconnect within your family, you are not alone, and you do not have to face it without support. I’ve been there. My approach is both professional and deeply personal. My own experience navigating the emotional pain of separation and parental conflict fuels my mission to help families reconnect, heal, and move forward with compassion. I specialize in reunification therapy, trauma-informed care, and relationship repair. In our work together, I create a safe, structured space where you can explore what’s been lost and begin to rebuild. I use evidence-based modalities, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-based approaches, and Gottman-informed tools, tailored to each family’s needs.

As the founder of The Couples Therapy and Reunification Counseling, I work with both individuals and families navigating court involvement, strained parent-child bonds, or relationship ruptures. My goal is to help you rediscover connection, rebuild trust, and break cycles of disconnection and hurt. Let’s start where you are and move toward where you want to be, one step at a time.

More Info About My Practice

At The Couples Therapy and Reunification Counseling, we specialize in supporting families through some of the most challenging situations, including court-ordered reunification, high-conflict custody cases, and parental alienation. We understand the deep pain, resistance, and emotional toll these cases can carry. Our team uses a structured, compassionate, and clinically grounded approach to guide families through the reunification process. We work closely with the court, attorneys, and both parents to create a safe space for healing, communication, and lasting reconnection.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Going to therapy does not mean you are broken. It means you are courageous enough to want something better for yourself and your relationships. Asking for help is a sign of strength. It shows you are willing to face hard truths, heal emotional wounds, and grow into the person you were always meant to be. Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about helping you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and your ability to feel safe, seen, and loved.
