I help mothers who are raising children with love and respect find balance, peace, and joy in parenting through self-love, acceptance and healing their own past wounds.
Therapy is a time for you to explore, express and expand your awareness and compassion for your own experiences, both painful and joyful. It's hard to make time for yourself, but this experience can change the way you feel about yourself and your life!
I also see clients who are struggling with depression, relationship endings, creative blocks, postpartum mood, and anxiety disorders.
I use a mixture of interventions and base my understanding of our emotional experiences on psychodynamic, Jungian and somatic theories.
