I also help couples grappling with miscommunication, relational patterns, and emotions that get in the way of connection, life and work stress, a lack of empathy for each other, and misunderstanding each other's perspectives and needs. I can help you connect with inner guidance, foster self awareness, and reflect on relationships, dreams, creativity, imagination, play, and humor. Through our work together, my clients are more adaptable, have patience with themselves and others, can see things more clearly, create stronger relationships, have more access to all parts of themselves.
