My Approach to Helping
My intention is to provide a comfortable, safe space for clients to explore, heal and grow. I have years of experience helping individuals in crisis due to a wide variety of life's challenges and traumas. Together, we uncover and dismantle, confusion, negativity and blocks to healing. Your progress towards defined goals, feeling better and healing may resolve in a short amount of time or take longer. It's important to note, that therapy is a process, of uncovering and awakening to greater self-awareness. My approach is to tailor my experience and skills in a compassionate, honest and direct manner, to help you experience your truth, regain-balance, self-acceptance and feeling better about your life.

My interest is in working with individuals to uncover and understand the impact of how life's events impact us on a multitude of levels, emotional, physical, relational and spiritual.
The majority of my training and experience is in the treatment of complex trauma. There are a multitude of difficult experiences that impact our lives negatively, our sense of self and our relationships. Traumas include, unresolved childhood events, adult experiences, in relationships or due to community / global events.
I enjoy helping, encouraging and facilitating growth, movement and change. I have a variety of skills and tools that I utilize to assist your process towards change. I enjoy using Hypnotherapy and other mindfulness practices that greatly assist many to achieve positive change.
