My Approach to Helping
What would your life look like if you embodied self-love? How would it affect your day-to-day activities? Your stress level? Your relationships? Truly loving oneself is at the root of many of our emotional challenges. The world is set up in a way to make us doubt ourselves and question our worth, leading to our own oftentimes negative internal projection on the people and situations around us. This cycle continues unconsciously until we are gently guided to non-judgementally observe and decide who we want to be. We are more than the stories we tell ourselves.
I help bring attention to this cycle by observing triggers and breaking down internalized stories. Together, we can lighten the load of doubt that the world and our experiences have packed on us and make room for cultivated and authentic self-love. I come from a healing background of yoga and mindfulness and want to assist you in re-learning to love yourself.
