My Approach to Helping
Struggle is a part of life that everyone experiences one time or another. Conflict within individuals, couples, and families may happen as changes occur. I help individuals, couples and families identify different struggles they may be experiencing and offer a safe place for communication to occur. Together we can determine the goals to be met in therapy.

I work with adults and teenagers through marriage and family therapy. I am also certified in Anger management training.
My Role as a Therapist
As your therapist, I am here to listen and obtain information that you wish to share. We will build a therapeutic relationship to allow you to feel safe and comfortable. I will help you talk through and work through any struggle you may be experiencing and help you find the solution you feel works best for you or your family.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Therapy allows an unbiased third person to lend an ear and help you voice your concerns or stressors. Everyone experiences stress or overwhelming situations in their life and therapy is there to help give you a safe place to discuss situations that you may not feel comfortable opening up about to those around you.
