My Approach to Helping
We all experience challenging seasons in life. Whether the challenge includes anxiety, depression, grief/loss, recovering from a traumatic experience, relationships, poor choices, feeling "stuck", etc... it is important to learn new tools to work through each season and become the best version of yourself. Together, we can identify the source of the challenges in your life and develop the skills to move toward a more desirable future.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This method of therapy can be a life-changing experience when working through traumatic experiences and negative beliefs about oneself.

What do you have to lose?!? If you desire to be stronger emotionally, mentally and/or relationally, therapy can make a world of difference. If you can visualize the best version of yourself, then you are capable of achieving it. Therapy can help you to identify what is blocking you from a better you. Invest in yourself, you are worth it!
