My Approach to Helping
Hello! It takes a lot of courage to admit when you are struggling with your mental health. You may feel hopeless. If you lack the right tools, your anxiety can increase and you can feel lost and without purpose. Therapy is a tool that helps you find direction. I am passionate about working through anxiety, depression, women's issues, relationships, abandonment, and life purpose. I have worked for years as a school counselor working with children and teens prior to moving to a clinical setting. I work with ages 10+, all genders, and highly sensitive people. Anxiety is intensified for those who experience life as highly sensitive due to an overactive nervous system. Research shows that many of the people that seek therapy are HSP's but may not know it!
I provide a safe space for my clients to regulate emotions, release past trauma or blocks, reconstruct core beliefs, and move forward. We often hold more space for the things we do not want than for the things we do want. Are you holding space for old beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that no longer serve you? I am empathetic, compassionate, and attentive in my person centered approach. However, when the time is right, I will challenge you to free yourself and create space for the life you do want.
I strive to inspire, motivate, and uplift all my clients to release limiting beliefs and activate change. I guide people through their life's challenges to gain clarity, work through pain, and help align them with their purpose if need be for a brighter tomorrow. I also use mindfulness and creativity to enhance the mind body connection and support your incredible transformation!
