More Info About My Practice

We all face seasons of challenge and struggle. I help clients of many backgrounds deal with a variety of struggles and issues. I nurture a safe alliance that helps clients recover, heal, and lead the life they want. You can lead a life of abundance. I labor alongside my clients to discover that life.

I specialize in identity development, sexual integrity, obsessive thinking, parenting, childhood sexual abuse, marriage, and professional performance. I am highly experienced with men-in-training (adolescent boys), men, professionals, and couples.

My Role as a Therapist

We were never meant to navigate life alone. My role as a therapist is not simply to give advice or provide expertise on major life decisions. Rather, my role is to listen and provide a safe relationship where those I work with can be known. Within a safe relationship we can often connect the dots of our stories that have shaped and formed us into the person we have become. As a therapist I have the privilege of listening to the sacred stories of one's life and helping them connect the dots. Ultimately, we want to connect not only to ourselves but others and God. I get the honor of helping others connect emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually.

My Therapy Focus

I enjoy working with a variety of clients who are navigating different seasons of life. I enjoy working with couples and men who are under stress, experiencing severe anger, and going through major life transitions. I have experience working with adolescent males (men-in-the-making) struggling with issues such as identity confusion, sexual struggles, anxiety, performance, and emotional regulation. I consider it an honor to serve anyone who comes through my door.
