I'm a certified marriage and family therapist and licensed mental health counselor who offers my clients an empathetic, open-minded, judgment-free space to explore their thoughts and feelings. The challenges in our lives may be either self-imposed or forced upon us, but our perceptions are often much different from reality. Negative beliefs can affect your mental and physical health. These incorrect negative thoughts can give rise to unhappiness, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-doubt, and similar challenges. Our thoughts affect our behavior, thus affecting the people closest to us. When we suffer, so too do the people we love. Many people delay seeking help because of the stigma associated with receiving mental health care. This stigma is diminishing because more people are seeking help rather than suffering indefinitely. With the experience I've gained over the years, I can help you learn to thrive. I've worked with teens, children, adults, couples, and families in both group and individual settings.
