Some life events can leave us feeling like we have been hit by a ton of bricks. In difficult times, having the right support is critical. Whether it is managing frightening health-related issues, grieving over a loss, examining lingering effects from trauma, or navigating a big transition, I am here to help. Even after years of training in mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapies, somatic and transpersonal approaches to healing, I believe that listening deeply and walking alongside another is pivotal in the transformative process.
