I can help you respond better to thoughts, feelings, and situations that trigger you and lead you to behave in old, automatic, self-defeating ways.
Anxiety, depression and stress are some of what I specialize in. If you’re someone who is constantly anxious and worrying and would like to work on reducing symptoms, please feel free to reach out.
