My Approach to Helping
What if one session could make all the difference? You might have tried therapy before but felt like it was focused just on “coping”...not on actually getting to the root of the issue. You can't seem to shake the lingering feeling that, no matter what, you're just not good enough. You’re ready to go deep and put your anxiety, depression, trauma, and triggers to rest for good. Brainspotting (BSP) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) offer fast, gentle, and highly effective relief, without the need to talk about your problems in detail. It’s time to move past the triggers and patterns that have been holding you back far too long.
Deep, long-lasting change doesn’t have to take years. ART and BSP empower your brain to do the healing work so you can finally re-process and neutralize painful memories, experiences, and beliefs, making room for feelings of more calm, clarity, and relief. Research shows just 1-5 sessions can result in huge changes, all without having to talk about it.
As a client myself, I was able to access and resolve things that talking alone could not fully repair—and it’s because of my experience that I decided to get trained. These methods have made such an impact on my life that I wanted to be able to bring them to my clients, too. Together, we can discuss which option is best for you.

More Info About My Practice
I am committed to showing up authentically — I’ll be honest about my own mistakes, bold when necessary, and always validating of your experiences and how they’ve impacted you. I am also comfortable with seemingly “uncomfortable” topics — sex, money, gender roles, whatever — while also welcoming the humor and joy that often arises on the journey self-discovery.
As your counselor, I’m also invested in my own growth. I don’t believe in asking my clients to go anywhere I have not gone myself, because I know how hard it can be to really commit to the therapeutic process. Fortunately, I also know that it’s worth it: that the hard work of counseling can result in true life change.

This depends greatly on your goals and history. For some, just a few sessions is enough to achieve their goals. Others make therapy part of their regular life maintenance plan.
