What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am a Licensed Therapist serving the communities of Placer, El Dorado, and greater Sacramento Counties. I understand that seeking treatment can be a process fraught with complications and concerns but seeking treatment can be a life changing and rewarding process. My goal is to provide a safe environment where we can take part in the treatment process together to reach your goals. My approach is centered around your needs and treatment will be tailored as such. Your goals will serve as our guide and the path to healing will be bespoke to you. I look forward to working with you to in a calming, nonjudgmental, and engaging environment so you can leave therapy living a life with true agency.
