My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping is centered around providing support and tools to those who may feel overwhelmed, burnt out, out of control or disconnected from themselves. Specializing in addressing issues such as anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and emotional dysregulation, I help my clients reclaim balance and joy. I blend scienced-backed techniques with warmth, compassion, and humor.
I am down to earth, practical and open minded. Creating a shame-reducing and empowering space is a priority in my practice. I am neurodiversity affirming and respect and honor all genders, orientations, faiths, and lived experiences.
