My Approach to Helping

I am a highly trained psychotherapist and psychoanalyst and I facilitate a safe and reflective space where we can work together to identify and work through traumas, conflicts, self-defeating beliefs and patterns to help you grow and live a more satisfying life. Many of the beliefs, conflicts, and issues that underlie self-defeating behavior and relationship patterns are unconscious. I am specifically trained in the facilitation of a therapeutic process that is designed to uncover and work through these unconscious patterns in order for you to gain psychological mastery and emotional growth. The result is increased freedom, creativity, self-esteem, and capacity for intimate relationships with yourself and others.
