My Approach to Helping
I have worked with clients who have experienced an array of various difficulties that have affected their mental health, specifically specializing in grief and trauma. My practice is not limited to only those two areas of mental health, I have closely worked with clients struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, emotion regulation, anger management, abuse, and many more. My approach to therapy is tailored to my clients and the specific concerns for which they seek assistance. I specialize in grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, anger, and many other stressors that affect overall well-being. I have practiced CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and solution-focused, among other modalities. At the end of the day, my goal as a therapist is to provide the tools to help improve your quality of life, and then thereafter, help your quality of life maintain longevity. I understand counseling may be difficult, especially on an online platform such as this, but I can assure you that I will never pressure you to discuss the topics that you may have been imprisoned for.
