I have been working in the mental health field since 2014. I have a passion for helping people find meaningful careers and live fulfilling lives. I believe in the value of the therapeutic alliance. I actively work to develop a collaborative partnership with you to better understand your personality and life experiences.

I am a solution-focused and skills-based therapist. I focus on helping to create insight, identify strengths, and develop effective practical skills so that you can overcome your challenges.

Taking the first step into counseling can sometimes be stressful. When we meet, my initial goal is to make you feel heard, provide support, and collaborate with you to identify actionable goals. In each session, I try to provide education and teach various skills that can be implemented after the session ends.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
I understand there can be various reasons for hesitation about starting therapy. Individual therapy provides you with a safe environment where you can openly discuss and navigate the issues which you face. I provide an empathetic and supportive atmosphere, and offer a personalized approach to each individual whom I work with. If you have questions about the therapy process, I offer a free 15 minute consultation, and can answer any of the concerns you have about starting therapy.
