My Approach to Helping
I provide holistic counseling to adults, teens, and families. I offer an array of holistic therapy techniques, including nutritional supplementation, biofeedback, and dietary consultation, to help clients in their journey toward growth, health, and wellbeing. At Mind. Body. Self., clients are given the chance to choose complementary and alternative means to traditional mental health therapies all throughout their particular counseling sessions, allowing for a non-threatening means from which the client can achieve their individual goals. I am experienced in assessing and counseling for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, TBI's, and life stressors. My private practice in holistic psychotherapy concentrates on general health and wellness in offering personalized supportive services to clients.
