My Approach to Helping
My philosophy as a mental health professional is rooted in the belief that every individual has the potential for growth and change, and it is my role to facilitate that process. My client-centered approach involves tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each person. I empower clients to tap into their own inner resources to find solutions to their problems, while integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I also incorporate creative and experiential techniques to help clients explore their emotions and experiences in a more embodied way. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients develop the skills and tools they need to overcome challenges, enhance their well-being, and lead more fulfilling lives. I work collaboratively with clients as a partner in this process.
