I work with individuals who are trying to make changes in their lives but don't know where or how to start. Individuals who can see familiar patterns but can’t seem to break them. Sometimes it's wanting to develop more meaningful, fulfilling, healthier relationships. For others it’s taking a big step towards a new career or figuring out changes they need to make in their life to feel happier. While some of my other clients are about to enter, or recently entered, parenthood and are navigating all the feelings that brings up. You want to do things differently but the anxiety, overthinking, and uncertainty get in the way. Together in our sessions we'll identify patterns, better understand them, and work together to come up with a plan of how to achieve your goals. My background is in working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, expectingnew moms and dads, infertility, and life transitions. It can be hard taking the first step when you're struggling, but you've already done it by being here! My practice is entirely virtual and takes place by video. I am able to see clients who are located in NJ and MA. I see couples together who are expecting a child, have experienced a pregnancy loss, or are struggling while postpartum in their new roles or as a couple. I also provide supervision to individuals who are working to complete their clinical social work licenses.
