My Approach to Helping

I provide a safe, warm, judgment-free environment to explore these issues. Here you will learn new perspectives and coping skills to find your voice again and take back control of your life. I feel that knowledge is power, and that therapy is the method of learning more about yourself. I can help you identify what is causing the chaos in your life, and from there, build a plan to manage it.
For over a decade, I have worked with a variety of populations with diverse issues, including anxiety, depression, confidence, and trauma. After starting sessions with me, my clients have felt more at ease and comfortable with therapy. Through our discussions, we will map out the goals you want to reach and tackle the issues that are most important to you.
