For over a decade, I have worked with a variety of populations and diverse issues. Using skills found in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy, I help make complex issues understandable and build coping skills tailored to your needs.
