My Approach to Helping
Life can be very difficult and the challenges unbearable when you or a family member are struggling with worry or intense sadness. It may feel like it takes so much energy just to get up in the morning before the day even begins. Not being able to accomplish your goals or help those you care about can feel like torture. Nothing is worse during these times than not knowing what to do or who to turn to for help.
Although you may feel that your situation is hopeless and that you have tried everything, there is hope. Together, we can figure out which powerful evidence-based techniques can help. While there are no guarantees of success, and outcomes vary from person to person, clients frequently experience fast and long-lasting improvement.

More Info About My Practice
I co-founded the Good Life Center for Mental Health with a focus on ease, comfort and innovation in service delivery. My office was designed to create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere complete with a range of healthy refreshments. I offer a user-friendly online portal for existing clients to schedule appointments, communicate with their therapist via secure messaging and clients can receive appointment reminders by email, phone and text. I also offer secure video sessions when clients cannot make it into my office.
My Therapy Focus
I strive to provide the highest quality of care by working collaboratively with clients to identify the focus and scope of treatment and then utilize best practices to help guide clients toward achieving their goals. Clients are viewed as experts on themselves and their experience, and their active participation is vital for change to take place.
I am committed to using evidence-based techniques that have been shown to produce measurable results. I also use testing throughout the therapeutic process to assess needs as well as progress. The results that I obtain before and after sessions provide accurate information about the therapeutic experience and effectiveness of the services.
