What's My Approach to Therapy?
A lot of people come to therapy because they feel overwhelmed, lost, burned out, or stuck in loops they can’t explain. You don’t need to have a dramatic “reason” to be here. Sometimes it’s just “I don’t feel like myself and I don’t know what to do about it.”
I’m not here to take over your choices—I’m here to help you see them more clearly and, when it helps, talk through what might actually work for you. We’re here to get curious about what you’ve been carrying, what you’ve been avoiding, what you’ve learned to hide, and what you actually need. No judgment. No pressure to be polished or “okay.”
We’ll talk about real stuff: the way stress shows up in your body - the thoughts you can’t shut off - the old experiences that still sting - the patterns you keep repeating even though you don’t want to
We’ll also laugh sometimes because healing doesn’t have to be bleak.
I use tools that help, but the main work is understanding yourself clearly enough to make different choices. If you’re tired of pretending you’re fine, or if you want a space where you can just show up as you are—even if that’s confused, tired, or unsure—I’m here.
