My Approach to Helping
I am so glad you are here. You have taken the first step towards living your best life. Are you unable to get past difficult experiences from your past? Have you gone through a traumatic experience and have not healed fully? A person's history effects one's present life. I can work with you to help you heal past wounds that are standing in the way of becoming the person you truly want to be.
My purpose as a therapist is to provide people with the support and healing that they need to reach their goals. My greatest joy is found in seeing the people I work with become empowered to make the changes necessary to live their best life. I provide a safe, understanding, non-judgmental space for you to accomplish this.
My approach is client centered and solution focused. I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy when working with my clients.
