My Approach to Helping
Life is hard and there's a million things outside of your control but I'm here to help you discover what you CAN do. Together we will find your strengths and learn how to work around your weak points. It won't be easy but things can change if you're willing to put in the work!
We will figure out what's been holding you back, what's been working, and come up with a game plan. I provide therapy that will help you challenge and change self-defeating thoughts and actions so you can achieve your goals. My clients walk away feeling understood, empowered and more confident in their ability to overcome life’s trials.

That's why I offer free 30 minute consultations (either in person or via Telehealth) so you can actually get a taste of what therapy will be like with me. How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Some therapists strive to be a blank slate and choose not to reveal anything about themselves as an actual person and I can respect that (after all who wants a therapist that hijacks sessions to make things all about them?) but I personally think that admitting similar struggles can be helpful. I would much rather open up to someone who can actually relate to my struggles over someone who has no personal experience.
