I believe we all have the right and the ability to reach our highest potential. Some times we just need a professional to help get past the fear, pain patterns, obstacles and learn new tools. In a confidential humanistic and holistic way, I work to draw out each person's Inner Resources and practice new tools to eliminate self defeating habit patterns and improve self esteem, mood and relationships.
