I can provide support by working with you to achieve your goals, improve your coping skills so that you can make positive changes, and help you break negative patterns that are holding you back.
My specialty is helping individuals struggling with: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, low self-esteem, stress management, life transitions, and healthy relationships. I work to build a warm, open environment so you feel safe when sharing difficult thoughts and feelings.
