She has worked with families and individuals of many racial and socioeconomic backgrounds, offering culturally sensitive individualized care. She uses a range of methods, including reality therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Jennifer is licensed by the state of Texas as a professional counselor. She successfully passed the NCE, and has been a practicing counselor for more than nine years. She graduated from Capella University with a master?s degree in human services and a specialization in mental health counseling. She received a bachelor's degree in psychology from St. Leo University.
